Beginner & Ongoing Yoga Classes

Our Yoga classes are inclusive, respectful, safe spaces. We engender an environment of kindness, support, focus, joy and peace. 

We offer classes for people with all levels of experience, from complete beginners to long term, experienced practitioners.

Teaching is based on the full Map of Yoga, including yamas and niyamas (inner attitudes and lifestyle habits), asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing practices), pratyahara, dharana and dhyana (stages of meditation), mantra (sound and chanting), and deep healing states (samadhi, yoga nidra).

A balanced, down-to-earth, evidenced based, and anatomically sound approach to the learning and practice of yoga provides participants with opportunities to discover how their unique body and mind optimally functions, heals, and balances, and how they can be supported in so many personal ways by yoga.

Students must pre-register for all classes. Class size is limited. (Newcomers are welcome to try a class free of charge.) Private and semi-private classes are also offered. Please inquire. Thank you.
