Wellness Yoga offers small group yoga classes, within a warm, supportive, peaceful and respectful environment, with individualized attention and the highest quality instruction.

There are classes for everybody, from beginners to highly experienced students, for individuals with special needs such as chronic pain, illness or health challenges, and for children and families.

We offer ongoing classes, retreats, and workshops, private instruction, and special programs.
